Joule covers different aspects of management:
- Event Management: working on events from start to finish and working with clients to deliver a brief.
- Festival Management: working with artists and stakeholders to deliver a festival with a large team of people, overseeing the programme, publicity, production, etc
- Production management: dealing with all aspects of production for an event (technical, infrastructure, health and safety, staffing etc),
- Project management: this may or may not culminate in a live event, but is a more multifaceted arts related projects
