As part of the summer Festival of Neighbourhood, From Lambeth with Love showcased the buzzing diversity and spirit of contemporary Lambeth. Joule programmed and managed the whole weekend focusing on The Clore Ballroom and outside areas.
From walks and talks to club nights and flamenco performances, the eclectic programme involved over 300 performers from a host of local community groups. Brixton-based ska band Top Cats performed alongside performance poets. Local treasures William Blake and Charlie Chaplin were celebrated and many local groups such as Pegasus Opera, South Connections and Oval House were featured.
