New Voices Festival was set up following the successful event in 2008 that marked Praxis’ 25th anniversary. A partnership between Praxis, the V&A Museum of Childhood and the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, the festival celebrates new communities in the east end of London through a diverse programme of live performance, music and dance, carnival procession and participatory art projects.
Joule provides event and production management and music programming for the Festival and has played a key part of ongoing plans to build on the success of the Festival to expand and develop and change the Festival over time.
