Jubilee Gardens, directly under the London Eye on the River Thames was officially reopened to the public after a 3 million pound rejuvenation. Based on the themes of harvest and Halloween, Joule programmed and event-managed the 2-day event with a bandstand stage and many participatory activities for all to enjoy.
Working with a whole array of artists including The Vegetable Orchestra, the Junk Orchestra, the music collective Magpies Nest, Emergency Exit Arts, Bee Urban and traditional folk dancing, the weekend culminated with a procession around the new park, marking the boundaries of the new site and a spectacular burning pumpkin installation.
