In 2012 the Southbank Centre held a Festival of the World which welcomed artists from all around the world for three months of exciting programming. Joule worked as project manager with architects Lyn Atelier and a community of 200 participants from the London design world to create a brand new social space for staff and artists.
The space, designed through participation, had a relaxed and creative atmosphere and has been used ever since by Southbank Centre for a huge variety of projects, from big private hires to small public poetry readings.
